RuPaul and World of Wonder, the production company behind RuPaul’s Drag Race, have announced a new international spinoff series ‘Drag Race Holland’.
RuPaul posted on the official ‘World of Wonder’ Twitter account to announce that the Netherlands is the next country that will be getting its very own Drag Race series!
“Hello HolIand, it’s RuPaul, and I am proud to announce that my beloved Drag Race is coming to you, And with a brand new host.” RuPaul said in the video posted on the official ‘World of Wonder’ Twitter account.
World of Wonder co-founders Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato & Drag Race producers, confirmed that 10 queens will compete in weekly challenges to become the Netherland’s first drag superstar, taking on classic challenges and lip-sync-for-your-life duels.

Drag Race Holland will air on Videoland in the Netherlands and It will be available worldwide through the Wow Presents Plus streaming service.
In the past few years, Drag Race has expended international. RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, Canada’s Drag Race, Drag Race Thailand, and South America’s The Switch Drag Race, and now Drag Race Holland.
The Dutch series will run for 8 episodes and will hunt for the Netherlands next drag superstar. It will become the second non-English language version of the Drag Race, joining Drag Race Thailand. with English, Spanish, and Portuguese subtitles options.
World of Wonder co-founders Fenton Bailey and Randy Barbato said about the show : ‘We firmly believe in charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent and can’t wait to welcome these 10 talented queens into the Drag Race family.

They added, “It’s fantastic to work with RTL and Vincent TV on launching a Dutch version of the franchise, but it’s also a privilege to be able to bring this brilliant new series to an international audience too. We know fans won’t be disappointed.”
It hasn’t yet been announced who will be hosting the Dutch edition of Drag Race or when it will even premiere.
