Miss Trans Star International is a beauty pageant for transgender women. It is Europe’s largest beauty pageant for Transgender women. Any transgender or transvestites woman from any part of the world can participate in this contest.
The pageant is held every year in Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain since 2010.
Pageant aim to bring more visibility to the transgender community and to carry a message of inclusion, tolerance, respect, love, and struggle for equal rights.
Earlier it was called Miss Trans Star Internacional but name was changed to Miss Trans Star International in 2016. The winner receives a crown and prize money.

Their aim is to bring more visibility to the transgender community. To show the diversity of transgender beauty to the world. With beauty pageant we give many transgender girls the opportunity to have an experience of their life. A moment to shine and be honored for our femininity.
To be eligible, contestants are not required to have undergone gender reassignment surgery, but must have a face and figure that fits with traditional notions of ideal feminine beauty.
During two days of competition, contestants took the stage dressed in swimsuits, formal wear and costumes reflecting their homelands.
